Leading into the Indianapolis 500 and throughout the Month of May festivities, four McLaren GT supercars, wrapped in racing’s most iconic liveries, will take to the streets of Indianapolis.

Last week, Arrow McLaren revealed its Indy 500 liveries for its four-car lineup at an event ahead of the Grand Prix of Long Beach. The liveries commemorate the McLaren Racing’s most prestigious accomplishment of the Triple Crown: the Indy 500, the Monaco Grand Prix and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

As those liveries take the track today at the Open Test at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, four McLaren GTs are wrapped in similar designs representing the F1 GTR from the 1995 24 Hours of Le Mans won by JJ Lehto, Yannick Dalmas and Masanori Sekiya; the MP4/2 from Alain Prost’s 1984 Monaco Grand Prix victory, the M16C/D from the 1974 Indy 500 won by Johnny Rutherford as well as a bespoke black and papaya design to commemorate McLaren Racing’s Triple Crown.

The road cars, which pack a 612bhp punch from their V8 engines offer all the exhilarating performance and dynamic excellence for which McLaren supercars are renowned, blended with modern luxury design, ride comfort and luggage space that align with its ‘GT’ designation.

All can be spotted around Indianapolis and Indy 500 events throughout May, driven by each of Arrow McLaren’s racing drivers: Pato O’Ward, Felix Rosenqvist, Alexander Rossi and Tony Kanaan.

Arrow McLaren looks to add to McLaren’s rich racing history at the Indy 500 on May 28 this year. Alexander (2016) and Tony (2013) are previous Indy 500 winners, and the four of them placed second (Pato), third (Tony), fourth (Rosenqvist) and fifth (Alexander) in last year’s “Greatest Spectacle in Racing.”

“Our Triple Crown liveries are iconic, and now they’re replicated on McLaren GTs that we get to drive around Indy all month. How cool is that? The Arrow McLaren team has been doing a lot to make my final INDYCAR ride a special one, and I hope we can make history together next month.” – Tony Kanaan, Indy 500 driver, Arrow McLaren
