Porsche has pulled the wraps off the 911 Spirit 70—its third limited-edition Heritage Design model – crafted for purists who appreciate the golden era of Zuffenhausen design fused with cutting-edge performance. Paying homage to the bold style and motorsport spirit of the 1970s and early ’80s, just 1,500 units of this exclusive model will be produced worldwide. It follows the celebrated 911 Targa 4S Heritage Design Edition and 911 Sport Classic, continuing Porsche’s commitment to modern reinterpretation of classic DNA.

Built on the rear-wheel-drive 911 Carrera GTS Cabriolet, the Spirit 70 incorporates the latest Porsche hybrid performance tech. It features a high-voltage system, eTurbo, electric motor, and a 3.6-liter twin-turbo flat-six, delivering a total of 532 hp and 449 lb-ft of torque—making it not just a style exercise, but a true high-performance machine. With chassis tuning inherited from the current 911 GTS lineup, it delivers track-worthy dynamics in a head-turning retro shell.

Visually, the Spirit 70 speaks to Porsche’s racing heritage. The one-off Olive Neo paint is a deep green hue developed specifically for this model, contrasted with black cabriolet top and windshield frame. Center-lock wheels—20-inch front and 21-inch rear—feature Bronzite highlights, a subtle nod to classic gold-tinted race wheels. Satin black “Lollipop” number decals, triple hood stripes, and elongated “911” graphics channel 1970s rally liveries. Authentic period cues include a gold-plated Porsche Heritage badge on the engine grille, Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur fender badges, and a reimagined 1963 Porsche crest on the hood.

Inside, the cabin is a shrine to retro style with modern execution. The black and Olive Neo Pasha pattern—once reserved for wild interior options in the late ’70s—returns in a sportier, more refined textile blend across the seat centers, door panels, glovebox, and even the front trunk mat. Paired with Basalt Black Club leather and Olive Neo deviated stitching, the Spirit 70’s cockpit balances nostalgia with driver-focused ergonomics. Decorative Pasha inlays on seatbacks and the dash are available at no additional cost.

Instrumentation is equally rooted in heritage. A fully digital 12.65-inch display emulates classic Porsche dials with green digits and white pointers, and the bespoke Sport Chrono stopwatch reflects the same motif. For collectors, Porsche Design has created a matching chronograph available exclusively to owners—featuring a Pasha-pattern dial and performance-driven mechanical movement inspired by the car it accompanies.
