Aston Martin Cheltenham, operated by the H.R. Owen Group, has been named Aston Martin UK Dealer of the Year 2020, as well as UK Aftersales Customer Satisfaction Index Dealer of the Year. Awarded annually, the awards recognise the best among a network of 19 Aston Martin retailers nationwide.
Judged across a number of criteria, including overall customer satisfaction, sales, Aftersales and more, the Aston Martin Cheltenham showroom was named the best in the country. What’s more, its specific Aftersales CSI award highlighted the team’s exceptional dedication to ensuring the very highest levels of customer service throughout servicing, maintenance and repair work.
During a difficult year of lockdowns and restrictions, Aston Martin Cheltenham’s Aftersales operations remained open throughout, carrying out critical work to keep customers mobile. Stringent COVID-secure procedures were put into place to ensure all work is carried out safely and all cars are returned to customers completely sanitized. Throughout lockdowns the showroom itself was closed to physical visits, but continued to operate with virtual walkarounds and new digital sales processes – always with a customer-first approach. When allowed to open, the showroom operated by appointment only, with strict visitor numbers, sanitising stations, one-way systems and mandatory masks.
Aston Martin Cheltenham, which celebrated its 15th anniversary in 2020, is joined by Aston Martin Reading in the H.R. Owen Group, the UK’s largest luxury automotive retail specialist.
