H.R. Owen Ecurie – the group’s first multi-franchised dealership based in Cheltenham – has demonstrated its unrivalled diversity by listing two stunning yet very different models for sale.
Ecurie is the exclusive distributor for Rennsport Porsches and the group home of BAC’s Mono supercar, plus it deals in high-profile marques such as Ferrari, McLaren, Aston Martin, Lotus and Bentley.
Currently for sale at Ecurie is a stunning model from the latter brand – one of the finest examples of a Bentley S1 fixed head coupe in the world.
The luxurious 1956 model, which is finished in flawless gold paintwork, is one of only 45 right-hand-drive, all-aluminium cars bodied by Park Ward on the S1 Continental chassis.
It features a 4.9-litre straight-six engine with an automatic four-speed gearbox and has only 71,800 miles on the clock. It comes with a vast history files – including documentation detailing the earlier history of the car at the Rolls-Royce works in London – and copies of the factory chassis cards. It is also complete with all of its original tools, stowed in the boot.
Having spent a large portion of its life as part of a notable collection in Switzerland before returning to UK shores, the car is in show-ready condition and is now being listed by H.R. Owen at a price of £315,000.
Alongside the S1 at Ecurie is a car over 60 years its junior: a 2017 Honda NSX Hybrid – reflecting just how diverse the range of vehicles on offer at H.R. Owen Ecurie is thanks to the freedom they have as a multi-franchised operation.
The stunning white supercar – which features a contrast black interior – has just 1,675 miles on the clock and delivers 581bhp from its petrol/electric powertrain.
H.R. Owen’s is a heavily specified example, with Carbon Ceramic Brakes with Red Brake Calipers, Heated Sports Seats, Exterior Sport Package, Carbon Fibre Roof, Cruise Control System, Satellite Navigation, Front and Rear Distance Control, Rear View Camera, Bluetooth Telephone System, NSX Engine Cover, Technology Package and Two-Zone Climate Control all fitted.
It’s available at the Ecurie showroom for £132,500.
