This newest Ford GT Heritage Edition celebrates the GT40’s victory at the 1966 24 Hours of Daytona endurance race. Driven by Ken Miles and Lloyd Ruby, the number 98 @Ford Motor Company GT40 led the race from start to finish, and was followed by GT40s in positions 2, 3 and 5.

The new Ford GT will be produced for two more years, and like every previous year, the 2021 Ford GT will include a unique, limited-production Heritage Edition. Past Ford GT heritage editions have paid homage to famous race cars from the Ford GT40 era, and the 2021 Ford GT Heritage Edition continues this tradition.
